Move dynamically between different phrases & articulations in both the high and low ensembles.
Choose from more than 160 themes, each with different moods and characteristics.
Themes are built from a bank of more than 900 interchangeable phrases.
Each phrase can be edited freely, so you can also build your own phrases from scratch.
Live Modules and single articulations can be combined into unique melodies and patterns.
Everything you play can be exported as MIDI to use with other instruments.

There are no boundaries to where a string score can go with ACTION STRINGS 2.
The Phrase Editor engine lets you freely arrange live modules, and then tweak pitch, volume, and rhythm.
MIDI DRAG & DROP
ACTION STRINGS 2 lets you speed up your orchestration process simply by dragging and dropping themes to your DAW to create an editable MIDI region.
FREEPLAY MODE
As well as combining live modules together, note sequences with a range of articulations can be crafted in real time using MIDI controller or DAW.
MELODY & ARPEGGIATOR MODES
Pitch single notes and modules up or down to create distinctive phrases using simple chords into breathtaking passages with Arpeggiator Mode.

The first update* for ACTION STRINGS 2 is here! Containing several workflow improvements, along with beautiful new content. With the more complex low-end, new themes and categories, and extended keyswitch features, this new update will be sure to deliver a dynamic range of needs from fierce blasts of power as well as sweet and tender melodies.

Loop Editing
It is now possible to select the loop range on the editor page. Edit your phrases more efficiently and create your own variations across the keyswitches.
Solo Keyswitches
You can now hear the high or low ensemble separately while playing by using the Keyswitches A-1 and B-1 respectively.
Phrase Selector
With the Phrase Selector you can switch between the variations on different keyswitches directly from the editor page. This especially comes in handy, when you want to use the new editing functions to copy passages between keyswitches.
Sustain Pedal Support
Play phrases and patterns consistently prolonged through the sustain pedal.
